Blackberry and Apple Crumble

A classic pud.
Ingredients:
2 cups blackberries
2 bramley apples, cored, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 ounces plain flour
2 ounces rolled oats
2 ounces soft brown sugar
1 ounce caster sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
80 g vegan margarine
Directions:
1. put blackberries in a sieve and pour over boiling water.
2. put the blackberries and sliced apples into a dish, sprinkle with 1 tbsp of brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and bake at 180C while preparing the crumble.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients until crumbly.
4. Remove fruit from the oven and put crumble mix on top.
5. Bake for around 30 minutes.
