~Cake~
Ingredients:
for cake
1 box ,deep chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
4 farm fresh eggs,(bring to room temperature
3/4 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup coffee liqueur
1/4 cup creme de cacao
for topping
1 cup strong coffee
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
3 tablespoons creme de cacao
Directions:
1. For Cake:
2. Blend all ingredients in large bowl.
3. Beat for about 4 minutes.
4. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 to 55 minutes.
6. Cool in pan for about 25 minutes,turn out onto cake dish.
7. Punch holes in cake ,spoon topping over ,using all of the topping mixture.
8. For Topping:
9. Combine all the ingredients,mixing well,spoon over warm cake.
