Ingredients:
1 cup white flour
3/4 cup wheat flour, whole grain
4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
6 tbl unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
3 egg whites
1 cup soy milk
3 tbsp soy milk
1/8 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Preheat waffle iron
2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add milk and egg yolks.
4. Mix together cocoa and oil, then add.
5. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
6. DO NOT OVER MIX. LET MIXTURE SIT FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE COOKING.
7. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, depending on your waffle iron.
