Just want you to know, I get no financial gain and just reviewing this product and just reporting my expeirence using it! I ordered it from Qvc. Made some brownies in it and even with a sticky glaze . I had no difficulty getting out the brownies and I like the pan. Read more . So I will probably order more as gifts. One Qvc reviewer said the batter leaked out the bottom ( not for me ) but most gave it a good rating. The brownie recipe is one I got off an email recipe called Marlene's Black Forest brownies By the way the pan may be used for any cake, cornbread etc.

1 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

6 tbs baking cocoa ( hersheys dark, dutch processed )
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions:

2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt
3. Stir cocoa into butter and then blend in sugar and extracts, add eggs one at a time and blend well

5. Stir in nuts and cherries
6. Spray the pan and insert with cooking spray

8. Place in the insert into pan
9. Bake brownies in a 350F until tested done ( about 30 to 35 minutes )
10. Remove to a rack to cool
11. Make glaze ingreidnts by blending eveything smooth
12. Carefully place a heaped spoonful of icing into each of 18 inserts to cover hot brownies.
13. It will melt
14. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts
15. Cool completely!
16. I then chilled pan in the refrigerator
17. Then I carefully removed insert from pan to release 18 perfect brownies
18. Use the brownie rack to remove sides of the pan so the bottom of cake pan then remains holding the brownies
19. I then decided to place brownies on a serving tray
20. Pretty, no?
