This Black Eyed Pea Salsa Is Awesome...with Some Good Blue Corn Chips or Some Light Crispy Tortilla Chips!!!
Ingredients:
1 can black eyed peas
1 can ro-tel tomatoes
1 can whit shoepeg corn
1 bunch of green onions, diced
1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1/2 container of cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
1 pkg. good seasons salad dressing mix
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Combine All of the Vegetable Ingredients Together, Including Juices and Stir.
2. Mix the Good Seasons Dressing packet with 1/4 Cup of Oil and 2 Tbsp. Vinegar.
3. Add Dressing Mixture to the Vegetables and Serve with Chips!
