Ingredients:
4 ounces black currants (fresh or frozen)
1 small ripe banana
200 ml apple juice
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and serve.
