Ingredients:

chopped almonds
1/4 cup(s) cocoa
1/3 cup(s) cooking oil

1 egg

1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
1/3 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 tablespoon(s) vinegar
Directions:
1. BASE:
2. Sift dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa,
3. baking soda, salt) together into a bowl.
4. Add oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until
5. well blended. Fill lined muffin cups 1/3
6. full with batter.
7. FILLING:
8. Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and
9. salt. Beat well. Stir in chocolate chips.
10. Place heaping tablespoon of mixture on
11. batter in each muffin cup. Sprinkle with
12. additional sugar and almonds. Bake at
