Black Bottom Cupcakes

They're cupcakes with black bottoms.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 unbeaten egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 ounces chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt. Beat well and stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.
2. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa and salt.
3. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until well combined until cups 1/3 full with chocolate batter.
4. Top each one with a heaping teaspoon full of cream cheese mixture.
5. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Check after 25 minutes so cheese mixture does not get too brown.
