Black Beans for a Lazy Day

These beans are my ultimate go to food when I need something comforting, filling and not fattening. I love them with a couple of warm corn tortillas or a ham and mango quesadilla.
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, undrained
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil, onion, garlic and cumin over medium heat until onion starts to brown.
2. Add the beans and their juice.
3. Stir.
4. Simmer the beans covered for about 15-20minutes.
5. Stir occasionally.
6. Enjoy!
