mixture good on its own or great as a burrito or wrap filling 3/4 cup serving
Ingredients:
540 ml black beans
125 grams shrimp, peeled
1/3 cup cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup salsa
Directions:
1. saute onion and garlic in oil
2. add shrimp and salsa
3. cook 3 minutes
4. add beans and rice
5. heat through
