Black Beans and Corn

This recipe is surprisingly sweet so I often serve it with a variety of hot sauces for contrast.
Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans black beans
2 cups frozen corn
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
Directions:
1. Sauté onion in oil with cumin, and salt until onions are translucent.
2. Add garlic.
3. Add beans, corn, and bay leaves.
4. Let cook 10 minutes.
5. Serve over rice with cilantro sprinkled on top.
