Black Bean Tuna Salad

I wanted a tuna sandwich and a salad for lunch a few days ago. But I was bored with the idea of it and my eyes wandered onto the can of black beans in my pantry. My salad was born
Ingredients:
1 can of tuna, drained
1 can of black beans, drained, not rinsed
1 tomato, chopped in 1/16 or 1/8, how big do you like your slices
some tofu (at your discrection)
1 t of (alouette) garlic & herbs spreadable cheese (think frischkase or neufchatel)
1/4 cup of heavy cream
mixed salad greens
chili oil dressing (optional)
Directions:
1. Put frischkase and cream in a bowl.
2. Add tuna and black beans. Mix lightly.
3. Microwave mixture for approximately 2-3 minutes. The frischkase should be melted now. Stir
4. Place salad greens out.
5. Scoop a serving of the beans and tuna onto the middle of the salad.
6. Sprinkle tomatoes
7. Break up some tofu over the top of salad
8. Add dressing if desired. (I use a homemade chili oil dressing - Sesame Oil, Soy sauce, diced roasted chillies. Stir it up and pour)
9. Enjoy!
