Ingredients:
15 ounces organic black beans
15 ounces organic kidney beans
3 medium tomatoes
4 ounces green bell pepper
4 ounces white onions
20 ounces water
5 ounces lemon juice
Directions:
1. Dice tomatoes, green bell peppers and white onions. Mix all ingredients and add in crockpot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
2. Makes approximately 8 servings, 1 cup each.
