Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked black beans
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Directions:
1. In a pot over medium heat, bring beans, water, salt and cumin to a boil. Transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Return beans to stove and simmer for 20 minutes, until thick.
3. Remove from heat. Add cilantro and mix to combine.
