Found this while dieting of all things. Not only is very tasty but healthy, and believe it or not you can eat a tone without guilt.
Ingredients:
3 15 oz cans black beans drained and rinsed
1 11 oz can mexican style corn drained
2 10 oz cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers,partially drained
2 tomatoes , diced
2 bunches green onions , chopped
2 tbsp cilantro chopped
1 lime juiced
Directions:
1. Put all ingredents in a bowl and mix . Better after it sits for a while
