Ingredients:
7 roma tomatoes
15 oz. (great value) no salt added whole kernel corn
15 oz. (kuners) no salt added black beans
1 med. red onion, chopped
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 package (good seasons) dry italian dressing mix
1 fruit lime
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions:
1. Dice 7 roma tomatoes, one med. red onion and 1/4 cup of cilantro (or to taste).
2. Put in large bowl. Add can of whole kernel corn and black beans, drained. Add 1/4 apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and package of Good Seasons Italian mix.
3. Add lime juice to taste. about one large lime, juiced.
4. Mix and chill and serve with tortilla chips
