Ingredients:
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
2 -3 large tomatoes or 2 -3 large roma tomatoes, chopped
2 -3 green onions, chopped
2 -3 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
2 -3 jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
2 tablespoons cilantro, minced (dried or fresh)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
garlic salt
white pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Serve with tortilla chips.
