Black Bean Salad

A bean salad redolent with traditional Mexican seasonings. This is great as a salad but can double as a salsa.
Ingredients:
1 - 15 oz can of black beans drained and rinsed until the water runs clear
1 1/2 c. fresh, frozen(thawed), or canned corn kernels
2 tomatoes diced
1 red pepper diced
1 green pepper diced
1/2 c red onion diced
2 fresh jalapeno seeded and diced
1/2 c chopped cilantro
1/3 c olive oil
1/3 c fresh lime juice
1 teas kosher salt
1 teas cumin
1 teas new mexico chile powder
Directions:
1. Diced all the vegetables to a similar size, a little larger than a black beam
2. Combine all the ingredients and toss gently to mix and coat
3. Chill and serve
4. Great as a salad or a salsa
