Black Bean Hummus (From 1001 Low-Fat Vegetarian Recipes)

Very tasty. From a book called 1001 low-fat vegetarian recipes. Highly recommended!
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed drained
1/4 cup reduced-sodium vegetable broth or 1/4 cup water
2 -3 tablespoons tahini
2 -2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt
cayenne pepper, to taste
3 garlic cloves, divided
Directions:
1. Process black beans, vegetable broth, tahini, lemon juice and soy sauce in a food processor until smooth.
2. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
3. Blend garlic in, a clove at a time, to suit your taste.
4. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours for flavours to blend.
5. Serve with dippers (whatever you like!).
