Ingredients:
15 oz (canned) black beans, drained
1 tbsp sesame tahini
1 tbsp (low fat) sour cream
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp tomato, minced
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp cumin
1 fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
