Black Bean Hummus

I am a huge hummus fan and I love mexican food and I thought this would be a great way to combine two of my favor flavors.
Ingredients:
1 can – black beans (drained)
1/2 small – red onion (diced)
1 can – chipotle peppers in adobo
1 - 2 tbs. – tahini (sesame paste)
1 juice of small lime
1 - 2 tbs. – cilantro
olive oil
salt to taste
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine black beans, tahini, lime juice, red onion, one chipotle pepper and cilantro.
2. Process until smooth, adding a little olive oil to loosen the texture.
3. Taste and adjust the seasonings with more salt, lime juice, cilantro or more chipotle peppers if needed.
