Ingredients:
4 cups black beans, drained
1 cup tahini
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix with a wire whisk until smooth. Place in 2 plastic containers and refrigerate.
