Super fast and delicious as well as healthy. Love this. I cheated and used a can of refried black beans instead. Serving size is estimated.
Ingredients:
16 ounces black beans
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon ground cumin
water, if necessary
salt
Directions:
1. Puree a can of black beans with garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and cumin.
2. Add water if needed.
3. Season with salt.
