A twist on conventional hummus. This is yummy on pitas.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, reserve liquid
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon tahini
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mince garlic in food processor. Add beans, 1 tbl of reserved liquid, and the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth.
