Hummus made with Black beans instead of the traditional chick peas.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime, juice of
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Blend together in a food processor or blender.
