A yummy alternative to salsa 1 serving is about an ounce for easy measuring.
Ingredients:
28 oz black beans (a large can)
1/2 c tomato, chopped
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 c. lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and whir until smooth.
2. Jalapenos or chili powder can be added for heat.
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
