Great snack or Party dip and it's Low Fat & High Protein Delicious!
Ingredients:
10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies (i use rotel brand )
16 ounces chickpeas, drained
15 1/4 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
15 1/4 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
16 ounces pepper rings, drained and chopped
1 large green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
10 ounces mild taco sauce
16 ounces of mild chunky salsa
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combined all ingredients and serve with Tortilla chips.
