Black Bean Corn Salad

It is healthy and you can use it as a side dish or a dip with torilla chips
Ingredients:
16 ounces black beans
16 ounces corn
1/2 cup red onion
2 avocados
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse beans, pour into bowl.
2. Drain corn, mix with beans.
3. Chop onion and add to beans and corn.
4. Peel and dice avacodo into small pieces, add to other ingredients.
5. Pour in vinegar and garlic and pepper.
6. Gently stir together.
7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve Chilled.
