Black Bean, Corn and Bell Pepper Salad |

Great with pita bread for an appetizer. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed |
1 green bell pepper, chopped |
1 red bell pepper, chopped |
3 green onions, thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse beans, add rest of ingredients and serve with pita bread. |
