Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook chorizo 5 minutes, remove from pan
  2. Saute onion and pepper in olive oil, add spices
  3. Add broth and bean, mash if desired, cook 5 min
  4. Top with meat and cheese, bake at 425 forf 30 min.
  5. Top with tomatoes and green onions.
  6. Can serve with chips or as side dish.
