Ingredients:
1 (12-ounce) jar fat-free black bean dip
4 (10-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
1 cup chopped tomato
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
salsa (optional)
fat-free sour cream (optional)
Directions:
1. Spread dip evenly over tortillas (about 1/3 cup dip per tortilla). Sprinkle evenly with tomato, onion, and green pepper.
2. To serve, roll up tortillas. If desired, top with salsa and sour cream.
