Ingredients:
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 small purple onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 lemon, juice of
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
black pepper, to taste
sea salt, to taste
1 pinch cumin
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
2. Serve chilled.
