Black Bean and Mango Salad

simple, zesty, I served it with grilled chicken and it was a hit
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed (i used bush's)
2 cups mangoes, diced
1 cup red sweet bell pepper, diced
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup cilantro leaf, chopped (you can substitute 2 t. of dried)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (fresh is best)
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
Directions:
1. combine ingredients in a bowl - toss, let it rest for about 2 hours, serve cold.
