Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
2 cups corn, frozen
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 lime, juiced and zested
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients.
