Black And White Brownies

White chocolate and bittersweet chocolate make beautiful music together in these brownies.
Ingredients:
1 c chopped white chocolate
1/4 c butter
3/4 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1-1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c bittersweet chunks or chopped chocolate
Directions:
1. Preheat ovwen to 350. Lightly grease a 9 square pan
2. Place the white chocolate,butter and sugar in heatproof bowl
3. over simmering water,until chocolate softens;white chocolate is sensitive to scorching,so be careful.
4. When butter is melted and chocolate looks soft,stir in vanilla,nutmeg and salt. Let mixture cook to lukewarm.
5. Beat in eggs
6. Whisk together flour,and baking powder,and stir into the egg mixture.
7. Stir in 3/4 c of the chocolate chunks. Spoon batter into pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chunks over the top.
8. Bake for 25 mins.,until they're light golden brown and the edges pull just slightly away from pan.
9. Remove from oven,and cool before cutting.
