Healthier than most cookies, my kids love them, and a less than 80 calories a cookie if I'm in the mood for sweets, these little cookies do the trick.
Ingredients:
1/2 c margarine
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c oatmeal
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c white flour
1 apple
1/4 c raisins
Directions:
1. Cream margarine, sugar, and eggs.
2. Mix dry ingredients and combine with creamed mixture.
3. Add apples and raisins.
4. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
5. Bane at 350F for 10-15 minutes
