This makes a moist, almost fluffy cornbread. This style of cornbread is quite popular in Hawaii. With all this butter, it has to taste good.
Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick
3 tablespoons cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour into an 8 by 8 pan& bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
