Ingredients:
1 cups flour, self rising
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix most of the flour, salt, and baking soda.
2. Pour in buttermilk until the mixture is moist.
3. Pour mixture onto floured surface using remaining flour.
4. break into 6 different pieces.
5. Knead and then dip into room temp. olive oil.
6. Place in baking dish.
7. Bake at 450 until golden.
