Easy to make Muesli that keeps for several days in the fridge
Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple
1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp honey
1 cup fat free yogurt
1 cup grapefruit juice
1 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together with 2 cups of any type of fruit. Leave to chill over night.
