Bircher Muesli is a perfectly power-starter in the morning and helps u in a healthy and tasty way beeing not hungry for several hours.
Ingredients:
1 tb of oatmeal
3 tb of water
1 tb of lemon juice
1 tb of sugared condesed milk
2 apples
1 tb of hazelnut
Directions:
1. Let the oatmeal soak in the water
2. After 12 hours (over night) add lemon juice and milk and mix it
3. At least wash and rasp the apples, add the hazelnuts and stir everything
4. Enjoy ur meal ;-)
