Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
160 ml orange juice
1 cup drinking yogurt (apricot or berry)
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup skim milk natural yogurt
1 cup sultana
100 g mixed fresh fruit (sliced bananas, strawberries, apple)
50 g slivered almonds
Directions:
1. Combine rolled oats, juice, drinking yogurt, honey and yogurt. Stand overnight.
2. Add fruit and mix well. Add almonds and service.
