Bill's Most Wonderful Chicken Burgers

I needed to lose so weight so I set out to make the Chicken Burger that #1', taste as good as a hamburger and has less bad stuff. I think you will agree this passes the test.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground chicken
1 sweet onion (chopped)
1 green bell pepper (ribs and seeds remover and chopped)
3 garlic cloves (thinly sliced )
4 tablespoons yellow mustard
5 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon horseradish
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a bowl till it is mixed well. Form into 4-6 burgers and grill. Of course you can add cheese. (I like American Cheese) and of course the rolls. Have a Ball.
