This is a great appetizer, if you like it enough it could be a main dish. You could make kabobs out of this or load onto chunks of crusty bread. YUM-O!!!!!
Ingredients:
1 pound smoked sausage, cut into chunks
3 jalapeno peppers, sliced
1 green pepper, cut into bit size chunks
1 sweet onion, cut into bit size chunks
1 foil cooking bag, see below
1/4 cup tabasco sauce
1 (10 oz) jar sweet and sour sauce
crusty bread (optional)
Directions:
1. Place sausage, peppers and onion in foil bag
2. Mix Tabasco sauce with sweet and sour sauce in a small bowl
3. Pour liquid mixture over mixture in foil bag
4. Seal edges of foil bag tightly
5. Place foil on grill
6. Cook for 45 min, turning every 15 min
7. Slit open bag and serve right out of bag

9. Take a 12 x18 sheet of heavy duty foil lay it flat, put food on foil, take second sheet of foil same size and lay on top of food. Fold and crimp the edges.
