Big Daddy's Lemon Pepper Orzo

This gets nice and creamy like risotto. I tweaked it just a little.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups vegetable stock (or chicken stock)
1 cup orzo pasta
2 lemons, juice of
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese (or mascarpone)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons fresh chives
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions:
1. In a medium saute pan, bring the stock to a boil.
2. Add the orzo and cook for 7 to 8 minutes until liquid is almost absorbed and orzo is tender. Turn off heat.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve. Enjoy!
