this is definitely a texas influenced bbq sauce...but without the tomato base...and definitely without the kansas city/memphis vinegar base!!!! Ingredients:
1 (24 ounce) can peaches |
1 (12 ounce) jar dijon mustard |
2 fresh garlic cloves or 2 tablespoons granulated garlic |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
2 tablespoons mustard powder |
12 ounces beer |
Directions:
1. add all ingredients into one pot -
2. bring to a boil - then simmer for 20 minutes - .
