(Bierocks) Cabbage Patch Pasties

square meat/cabbage filled pastries. One serving is two bierocks.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
2 cups shredded cabbage
4 cups bisquick
1 cup cold water
Directions:
1. brown beef with onion, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Add cabbage and cook till soft-crisp . Set aside.
2. Mix Bisquick with water, divide in 2 pieces, knead 8-10 times on floured cloth. Roll out dough to a square large enough to cut into 9 - 4 inch squares. Fill with beef mixture. pinch edges together and bake at 400 degrees for 8- 10 minutes or until browned.
