It' called Okoy in the Philippines.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
dash of salt
dash of pepper
dash of hot chili
20 pcs shrimp, deveined, cut into small pieces
1/2 small butternut squash, grated (easier to use blender)
1 pack bean sprouts, chopped (use blender)
canola oil
Directions:
1. Mix everything until it's like a pancake consistency. fry. serve with sweet and sour chili sauce or spiced vinegar and garlic as dip. :)))
