These super moist bran muffins are almost cakelike, yet 100% healthy! My kids loved them.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 cups vanilla yogurt
2 cups bran flakes, crushed small
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven at 350.
2. Beat eggs, add sugar till fluffy.
3. Add the remaining ingedients, beating in between.
4. Bake for about 15 minutes.
5. Makes 20 muffins.
