Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 lbs hamburger , 85% (or more)
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp seasoning, your favorite

Directions:

  1. Mix thoroughly using a fork so as not to toughen the meat.
  2. Form into 4-6 hamburgers. These will stay the same size or get a little thicker so make them thin.
  3. Spray pan with Pam.
  4. Cook over medium for 12 minutes, 6 minutes per side.
