It's the perfect combo of beans, veggies, and flavor!!
Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained,may be substituted for your favorite beans,or a combo of any
1 (7 ounce) can corn (drained)
2 large tomatoes
2 avocados
1 purple onion
1/2 cup cilantro
1/8 cup minced garlic
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Dice all veggies.
2. mix together, serve with tortilla chips and ENJOY!
